November is the time of the year when we wear a poppy in memory of those who sacrificed their lives for us in times of war.
Remembrance Day or Poppy Day is on 11th November. It is a special day set aside to remember all those men and women who were killed in World War I and II.
At our school students wore poppies as a sign of respect.
We shall not forget.
